My number one superpower is curiosity, it has driven me to broaden my experience, knowledge and skills so much that my friends jokingly call me Rickypedia. It has dragged me all over the world (real and figurative) exploring all the interesting aspects that I can then use to create new things.
The best treassure is buried where the edges come together. To find that you need to get really comfortable with being uncomfortable. I’ve trained myself to be excited when things are weird. Continuously asking why has led to some rather strange by very rewarding places.
Practical
Don’t think, make! Making about your challenges will uncover solutions you will never come across other ways, not even using ChatGPT. I love literally rolling up my sleeves and getting my hands dirty on a project. I’ve picked up skills in prototyping, electronics, manufacture, construction, and many more by just doing things practically.
Iconoclastic

Inventive
I was the kid who didn’t play with his toys, I took them apart to figure out how they worked, and attempt to improve them. I’m highly motivated by discovering new ways of doing things and solving problems.
Adaptable
I’ve packed up my whole life and moved to a completely different continent 3 times now. This is easy because I know that what ever problem comes up, I can figure it out. Throw me in a novel situation and I get excited for the challenge. As a lightning fast learner, I’m quick to be the one others turn to for direction.
My work
“That sounds weird, let’s do it!” – That’s been a guideline for the types of projects I take on. It makes my brain interesting but leads to a portfolio that seems strange.
